About
We are excited to be able to offer private pool hire for parties during weekends at The Swim Pod in March. You will get full use of the building for 2 hours, in which time you have 75 minutes use of the pool, 30 minutes use of our upstairs room for cake, party food and/or games and 15 minutes clear-up time.
The maximum number of swimmers in the pool is 16. There MUST be 1 adult in the pool per 2 non-swimmers (swimmers that cannot swim 10m+ unaided on their front and back).

Adults in the pool count towards the total numbers.

There will be at least one member of staff on site to help with any queries. The pool is not lifeguarded and the safety of all bathers is the responsibility of the lead hirer.
Birthday cake and all other food will be supplied by yourselves and must only be consumed in our room upstairs. There must be no food or drink on poolside. Unlimited water and squash will be provided for you. You are welcome to decorate as you wish but please ensure all decorations are removed and taken home with you on leaving.
A non-refundable deposit will need to be paid on the time of booking and the remaining balance with confirmed numbers to be paid 2 weeks before the party date.
