Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THE POLICY DETAILS BELOW CAREFULLY - By making the private hire payment, you accept the policy conditions below. All bookings are non-refundable. For cancellations or rescheduling, we ask that you please provide 48 hours notice. A minimum of 2 adults must be in the pool for all bookings. Lone swimming is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any bookings including children must include at least 1 adult for her 2 children under 8 years. Your 1 hour booking includes changing time before and after your time in the pool. Please DO NOT enter the pool before your designated time slot. (If your time slot is 3.00-4.00pm, do not enter the building before 3.00pm.) Please ensure you have left the building before the end of your time slot. No outdoor shoes are allowed to be worn in any part of the pool hall area (this includes the changing rooms and poolside toilet/shower area. Please remove your shoes in the Reception area and place in the show storage provided. Please leave prams/Pushchairs etc. in the Reception area. Customers will need to be able to climb a 7 step stair in order to access the pool itself. Swimmers who are not yet potty trained must wear a swim nappy and a neoprene nappy over the top. All swimmers must follow pool rules. Swimmers must not run on poolside, no pushing, no ducking, no bombing NO DIVING into the pool. The pool has a constant depth of 1.1m so it is strictly prohibited to dive into the pool. No food, drink or breakables may be used in the pool or anywhere else in the pool hall (including the changing rooms, toilet/shower area.) Perfumes, body lotions, tanning products, make up etc. must be removed prior to entering the pool. Anyone using the facility does so at their own risk. The pool is unmanned, unsupervised and has no lifeguard facility. Any damage at all must be paid in full by the lead hirer booking the private slot. Private hire swimmers must not arrange swimming lessons or private lessons during their swim session. Please ensure you and your group are physically fit to swim. Please do not allow a person within your group to attend if they have a contagious illness, especially Sickness & Diarrhea. Please notify the owners immediately of any damage to the pool or equipment. Please notify the owners if there has been a sickness or soiling incident in the pool. Cars are parked at the owners risk. CCTV is in operation in the pool hall at all times.
