By using our Loyalty card you accept the following terms and conditions.

• Loyalty cards are issued when you book and attend your first 1:1 or 2:1 swim lesson.

• The Loyalty card must be presented at each eligible swim lesson to receive your stamp.

• Only the person’s name who is written on the Loyalty card is eligible to obtain the stamps and claim the reward.

• Family names will be written on Loyalty cards when issued.

• The issuing of stamps cannot be backdated.

• Loyalty stamps are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

• A completed stamped card can not be exchanged for cash.

• All 10 stamps must be collected before the reward is redeemable.

• Upon receipt of a fully stamped FSA Loyalty Card, the named swimmer will be eligible for 1 x 30 minute lesson for £5.

• The reward is only redeemable on 1:1 or 2:1 lessons and is subject to availability.

• 1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected on the booking and attendance of 1:1 lesson.

• 1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected on the booking and attendance of a 2:1 lesson.

• 1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected per term of termly group lesson bookings, subject to you being issued a loyalty card through a 1:1 or 2:1 booking. 

• Fenland Swim Academy reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Loyalty scheme.

• Fenland Swim Academy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty scheme at any time without notification.
