Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
By using our Loyalty card you accept the following terms and conditions.

Loyalty cards are issued when you book and attend your first 1:1 or 2:1 swim lesson.

The Loyalty card must be presented at each eligible swim lesson to receive your stamp.

Only the person’s name who is written on the Loyalty card is eligible to obtain the stamps and claim the reward.

Family names will be written on Loyalty cards when issued.

The issuing of stamps cannot be backdated.

Loyalty stamps are personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

A completed stamped card can not be exchanged for cash.

All 10 stamps must be collected before the reward is redeemable.

Upon receipt of a fully stamped FSA Loyalty Card, the named swimmer will be eligible for 1 x 30 minute lesson for £5.

The reward is only redeemable on 1:1 or 2:1 lessons and is subject to availability.

1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected on the booking and attendance of 1:1 lesson.

1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected on the booking and attendance of a 2:1 lesson.

1 Loyalty card stamp can be collected per term of termly group lesson bookings, subject to you being issued a loyalty card through a 1:1 or 2:1 booking.

Fenland Swim Academy reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Loyalty scheme.

Fenland Swim Academy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty scheme at any time without notification.
